BG is the Co-Founder and CTO of TeamOhana, where he’s building the first complete workforce intelligence and headcount management platform designed for clarity, collaboration, and speed. Before TeamOhana, he co-founded Helpshift, an AI-powered mobile support platform, and has spent his career building complex, high-performance systems across search, infrastructure, and large-scale SaaS. Outside of work, BG is an active open-source contributor, a deep thinker on software philosophy, and a lifelong athlete.
