What’s included in the recruiter dashboard?
TeamOhana is the single source of truth for your company's approved hiring plan. In the dashboard, recruiters see the list of headcount assigned to them, along with a roll-up by hiring status (Hiring not started, Ready to hire, In progress, Offer sent).
How do recruiters know when a role is ready to hire?
TeamOhana sends notifications to recruiters when a requisition assigned to them has been marked “ready to hire” by a hiring manager. This can only occur with approved headcount.
How is this different from an ATS?
While most hiring managers and finance teams aren’t logging into the ATS, TeamOhana integrates with your ATS in order to provide visibility into hiring progress for all stakeholders. TeamOhana enables 1-click job openings into the ATS, saving valuable time and effort for recruiters.
If I make edits to an opening in the ATS, will TeamOhana capture the change?
Yes, we have a two-way sync with most ATS platforms to capture edits made to openings.
Can I assign multiple recruiters to a role?
Yes, you can assign multiple recruiters to a role.
Can I open jobs in the ATS directly from TeamOhana?
Yes, if you use Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever as your ATS, you can enable one-click job openings. If you use a different ATS, it requires two clicks :)
