Pricing and plan FAQs
Per employee per month
The platform fee provides full access to package features for an unlimited number of system users. It also includes a preset number of FTEs that vary by package. Software costs will not increase as long as your organization remains at or below the FTE limit of that package. This allows you to invite as many users as possible to TeamOhana without increasing costs. We only charge you for additional FTEs beyond what’s included in your package.

The more employees you have, the more TeamOhana is working for you in the background to reconcile all this motion. We add a PEPM charge to reflect that. With higher employee counts comes more complexity, more data, and a higher need for TeamOhana resources, so we believe it is the most fair pricing model to reflect the value we deliver and the costs we bear to serve our customers.
No, our scenario planning feature requires the configuration of budget and financial information, which is only included in the Enterprise Package and as an add-on in our Professional package.
The price you pay is locked in for the duration of your initial subscription term with TeamOhana. True-up happens at renewal, where we adjust your software fee based on your FTE count at that time. Volume-based discounts are automatically applied as you qualify for higher discount tiers at the time of renewal.

Yes, you automatically qualify for a volume-based discount if your FTE count is over 1,000. Larger organizations pay a lower PEPM charge than smaller customers. This is included in our pricing model and clearly displayed to you in the final proposal.
