Heading

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

People leadership:

Compassion + business acumen

In this episode of Scaling Companies, we talk to Frances Mendez Kloes, who currently serves as VP People at DataGrail. Her sparkling career also includes HR leadership at Okta, Optimizely, Neustar, and Salesforce. But she wasn't always an HR leader that specialized in helping companies grow. She also cut her teeth as a management consultant, financial analyst, and even a recruiter.

If you think about people leaders and what they're empowered to do, what they truly have the ability to do: hire, support the careers of their team members, and compensation. These are the things we want them to get right. If they don't get it right, then the team suffers, and the company might suffer.

In this episode, we tackle:

  • How Frances built her career, moving from Finance into HR leadership
  • What it takes to really "know what you're doing" – while maintaining a growth mindset
  • The value of efficiency and being nimble to provide value to the company
  • How she is approaching compensation planning in our "new world"
